By creating an account and using National Auto Fix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Service Requests and Payments

As a Auto Owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your auto and service needs
• Pay for accepted quotes within the agreed timeframe
• Allow mechanics reasonable access to your auto for service
• Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with mechanics
• Pay the platform service fee as outlined in accepted quotes

4. Payment Terms

When you accept a quote, you authorize National Auto Fix to hold funds in escrow. Payments are released to mechanics upon job completion, less the platform service fee. You understand that:

• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and job completion status
• Disputes must be reported within 7 days of job completion

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions off-platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization

6. Liability and Disclaimers

National Auto Fix is a platform connecting auto owners and mechanics. We do not provide repair services directly. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by mechanics.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users should first be attempted to be resolved through our platform's dispute resolution process. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may share necessary information between users to facilitate services.

9. Account Termination
