4. Payment and Fees

National Auto Fix charges a service fee on completed jobs. You understand that:

• Payment is released to you upon job completion confirmation
• The platform service fee is deducted from the total payment
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings
• Payment methods must be verified before payout processing
• Unpaid fees may result in account suspension

5. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor and not an employee of National Auto Fix. You are solely responsible for determining how to perform services, paying applicable taxes, maintaining insurance, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions off-platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization

7. Liability and Disclaimers

National Auto Fix is a platform connecting auto owners and mechanics. We do not provide repair services directly. Mechanics are independent contractors responsible for their own work quality and safety.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users should first be attempted to be resolved through our platform's dispute resolution process. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
